I have received notification of your PayPal payment of $223.52, and am stepping out to mail your portable generator this afternoon via U.S. Parcel Post. It has been insured in the amount of $240, and has an estimated shipping time of six days.

Once you have received the generator and checked it out, I would appreciate your providing an Ebay rating for me, as I am trying to build a reputation. Likewise, I will be providing a positive rating for you. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Happy generating! If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Sincerely yours,
-LF

Thanks for the e-mails. I'll let you know as soon as I receive the little generator. I'm sure looking forward to receiving it. I remember seeing these at a hobby shop in the mid seventies and have always wanted one. I now collect small air-cooled engines with a heavy leaning to the Ohlsson Rice powered items. Should be a great addition to the other items in my collection.

Thanks,
-RR

I received the little generator this afternoon in great shape. It will need some carb work and re-sealing of the lower part of the tank but I am very satisfied with it. Good shape for a 30-year old generator. I'll leave you positive feedback in a few minutes. When you have some time I'd appreciate your sending me a little history of the generator if you know it's background.

Thank you and good luck with your future sales.

-RR

Dear RRnn:

Glad you received the generator and glad you're pleased!

I purchased the Tiny Tiger new in either 1970 or 1972 for approximately $129.00, for a trip down the Baja peninsula. . .

(Click Subject link of parent letter for full history)

But I'm sure I bore you. The Tiny Tiger stayed with us on countless Mexico trips for the next 25 years. . .  Times change, and in time I'm sure our vehicles came better equipped and more capable, and so some years ago the Tiny Tiger was relegated to permanent storage in the garage.

So there you have it. Should you have an insatiable appetite for additional drivel, you could check out www.cortezchronicles.com.

Best of luck with your Tiny Tiger Generator!

Sincerely,
-LF

Truckadero:

I've lost the story about the Tiny Tiger Generator mentioned in the attached dialog. I know I sent you a copy, but it was quite a long time ago. Would you by any chance still have it? If so, I'd appreciate a copy.

Yes, this is it!  I'm lucky you still had it -- I just got a return message (addressee unknown) from RRnn's server.

Thanks,
-LF
